This policy describes how Exutory Solutions (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use Basement Lifts (https://basementlifts.com). We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Email address, only if you subscribe to the price-drop newsletter or use the contact form. We use it to send what you signed up for and to reply to you.
- Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site, collected through analytics so we know which guides are useful. Where our analytics tool supports it, IP addresses are truncated or anonymized.
- Cookies: analytics cookies, and affiliate-tracking cookies set by retailers when you click an outbound link so the retailer can attribute a purchase to this site. We do not set advertising cookies of our own.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
- We do not run third-party display advertising networks at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has subscribed, email us and we will remove the address.
Third parties
When you click a link to a retailer, you leave this site and that retailer’s privacy policy applies. Our email is delivered through our own email platform; our forms and analytics are provided by the vendors named in our cookie notice. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list; we keep a suppression record only so we do not email you again.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@exutory.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is retained per the analytics vendor’s default, currently 14 months.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use email addresses will be announced to subscribers before they take effect.
